For years, I, Haley, recognized that even the most beautiful celebrations could feel stressed or incomplete—not from a lack of vision, but from the successful delivery of every tiny component. I knew I wanted to create a business that eliminated that stress for hosts, providing both the decor elements and the guidance necessary for a truly seamless experience. This passion for quality drove me to curate a service designed to transform aspirations into enjoyed realities. My work is dedicated to this pursuit of excellence, and the name H Events is a heartfelt tribute to my grandmother, Helen, whose grace and meticulous care inspired my commitment to Creating Refined Moments for every client.

What is H Events LLC?
We are an event company dedicated to creating refined moments through a curated selection of distinctive event elements and event guidance services.
How do I start the booking process?
To begin designing your refined moment, please complete our contact form. We will reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and available elements for your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers and payments made toward the final balance are non-refundable. Specific cancellation fees based on proximity to the event date will be detailed in your signed agreement. Event dates can be shifted based on availability. However event date changes are not guaranteed.
What is your service area?
We primarily serve Chesapeake, VA, Camden, NC, Elizabaeth City, NC and OBX areas. If your event is outside this region, a travel and logistics fee will apply, which will be detailed in your Service Agreement.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All bookings for rentals and consulting services require a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date and reserve resources. The specific amount will be outlined in your Service Agreement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and card payments. Card processing fees may apply.
